Approach
We manage Casa's community engagement by replying to comments, private messages, and other mentions/posts daily on their social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We use a tool suggested by us or one Casa is already comfortable with. Additionally, we conduct biweekly online meetings with the Casa team to discuss ongoing actions and any issues. We deliver a quarterly report with insights from our community management efforts and ensure internal coordination of the project, staying available for consultation via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
